Lost in Japan TCG – Refund and Returns Policy

At Lost in Japan TCG, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer preference.
Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading cards, returns are only accepted in the event that an item is damaged during shipping.
All orders are shipped with insurance coverage. If your item arrives damaged as a direct result of shipping, we will work with the shipping provider to assess the claim. Once the damage has been verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions, depending on market availability:
A replacement of the same card, if available, or
A substitute card of equal value, agreed upon with the customer, or
A full refund of the original purchase price
Lost in Japan TCG is not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. However, we take every precaution to ensure that all items are packaged securely and shipped with the highest level of care. We actively cooperate with shipping providers to ensure safe delivery and to resolve any issues that may arise.
To submit a damage claim, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging.
